Carrot Chocolate Cookies


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 carrot
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Agave syrup (to taste) 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk (until the texture is slightly moist)


  • Grate the carrots, add the bananas and mash together
  • Add the coconut milk, cinnamon, peanut butter and agave syrup and mix together
  • Mix until almost homogene
  • With the help of a spoon make 12 cookies on a tray/baking sheet
  • Bake with 180• for 10 minutes

For the icing:

Ingredients: (double them for more sauce)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Some agave syrup (as much or less as you want)
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • Dash of cinnamon


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Pass to a saucepan
  • Cook until boiling and bubbles appearing
  • With a spoon, divide equally and pour over each cookie
  • Wait until cool
  • Enjoy!
