I am finally back home in Istanbul. Back with my family, friends, my kitchen, my cat and the sea; I can easily say that I’m very very happy. The weather is also amazing compared to the rain we got last week in London, glad to be greeted by the 30+ degree weather.ı
With summer at the door, there’s usually one question in minds: Is my body ready? Though I don’t believe that there should be one stereotype of a so called summer or “bikini body”, I personally don’t feel a hundred percent comfortable due to all the junk food I had during my last couple of weeks in London, accompanied by the lack of fresh fruits and veggies.
So as I’m back home now, I have no excuse and I need to start eating healthy. Today, as a post-gym breakfast, I made this green berry coconut porridge and MAN it tasted so good.
- coconut milk
- peanut butter
- desiccated coconut
- chia seeds
- Skin Food powder
- Mrs. Green powder
- Agave syrup/honey/maple syrup
There is no proper way to make it really, I just put them all in my saucepan and mix until creamy and occasionally add more coconut milk.
