Growing Up & Those September Feels

Hey there.

I know I've been a little MIA lately, I just had way too much stuff happening (yep, it's that time of the year when I change countries and try to get used to a whole new room) and to be honest, I haven't been feeling very inspired recently. I can't really figure out the vibe I have at the moment. A part of me feels like I have to grow up now that I've finally turned 20 and do adult stuff like go grocery shopping and focus on the texts while reading a newspaper instead of looking at the pictures. Yet the other voice in me keeps telling me it's okay to watch your childhood movies over and over again, wear Star Wars tees and be a little messy. As my dad always says: "never kill the child in you."

And I do not plan on doing so.

Though I won't let the melancholy of autumn fully get to me, I will for sure enjoy the gloomy weather and the crunchy leaves since the hot weather during the Turkey summer bored me to death after a week. With many different routines waiting for me, I hope it'll be a good year. I promise I will blog more often.

I made a playlist of the songs I've been listening to lately (totally obsessed with Marc Bassy- You & Me) and named it Those September Feels so that you can accompany me during these days full of pumpkin spice, wind and music.

Here's a farewell to summer, and a big welcome to autumn.

Let's hope you're full of happiness.
